Run #1

Run #1 starts at the Chambers Grove Park and is an out and back on the St. Louis River Trail.  There will be an aid station at the turn around.
This run is approximately 2 miles.

Bike Course

The bike course is all about flow!  It's up and down, but there are few obstacles along the way. In transition at Chambers Grove Park, you'll throw off your running shoes, slip on your bike shoes, and hit the singletrack.  From there, you'll go upward, across the road and up Lower Cathedral, take a right onto Upper Cathedral, and continue onto Porcupine Passage.  At the bottom of Porcupine Passage you'll hit Mission Creek Parkway which is wide and leaves plenty of room for passing.  Just before you get to the end of the Parkway, you'll take a right onto Valley West.  Within a few minutes, you'll be at the turnaround and aid station!
At the turnaround, you'll return on Mission Creek Parkway and take your first right up Valley West.  You'll only have one turn onto St. Louis River Trail before you reach transition!
Don't worry, we'll have signs and volunteers to help you on this course! This bike course is approximately 12.5 miles

run #2

After the bike, you'll be hitting the trails one last time!  From transition, you'll go up Lower and Upper Cathedral, just as you did on the bike.  Next, you'll be taking a right onto Flyover Country and completing that loop before turning toward the finish line!
The last run is approximately 2.5 miles

Alternate bike course

If trail conditions do not permit us to use single track for the bike course on race day due to excessive rain, we have an alternate bike course on double track trails.
